RETURN POLICY

All items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at info@xiiisf.com. You will be given an address to which you can send the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining your return.

Before odering, please consult the links to the American Apparel site on the SIZING page to determine your correct garment size.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. Sender is responsible for return postage unless due to an error on the part of XIII•SF. We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
